The BOB Pass includes rapid-response support for minor IT incidents. Each on-site or remote intervention is limited to one and a half (1.5) hour per visit.
Any service exceeding this 1.5 hour limit, as well as any improvements, upgrades, or complex technical tasks, fall outside the scope of the pass and are subject to a separate quote document.
Passes purchased for a month will not roll over to the following month, needs to be consumed on the intended month.
